Questions students ask

Before you begin

Why do most of your students choose South Korea?+

Korea offers strong universities, scholarships for international students, part-time work rights and a lower total cost than most Western destinations. Khusi was built specifically around the Korea–Nepal education bridge, so our process for Korea is the most refined.

Do I need to know Korean before applying?+

Not always. Degree programs taught in English accept IELTS, while Korean-taught programs need TOPIK. We run both Korean language and IELTS classes in-house, and the D4-1 language visa exists for students who want to learn in Korea first.

What is the difference between D-2 and D-4 visas?+

D-2 is for degree study — Bachelors (D2-1), Masters (D2-2), PhD (D2-3) and research (D2-4). D-4 is for language and academic preparation programs, including D4-1 Korean Language and D4-7 EAP.

Is Khusi registered?+

Yes. Khusi International Consultancy & Educational Center is a proud member of NECSA (Nepal Educational Consultancy & Student Advisors Association).
